Constitution Drive Reconstruction Project, Phase 3, Step 1
Constitution Drive Reconstruction Project, Phase 3, Step 1 Construction has been completed on Phases 1 & 2 of the project and the contractor has now moved into Phase 3, which includes reconstruction of the intersection of Constitution Drive and MLK Jr. Drive. The intersection is passable, however MLK Jr. Drive is closed from Constitution Drive to RGIII Blvd. All motorists and pedestrians are encouraged to follow posted construction signs for the safety of themselves and work crews.
